Ebba Östlin has 30 years of experience in politics, societal development, and strategic influence, with a solid understanding of how decisions are shaped and implemented at the local, regional, and national levels.

For seven years, Ebba served as Chair of the Municipal Executive Board in Botkyrka Municipality. Over the years, she has held numerous senior positions within the Social Democratic Party, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR), and the municipal association for the 26 municipalities in the Stockholm region, Storstockholm. Ebba has also led several government inquiries. In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate governance, managing municipal companies, and serving on boards including Södertörn Energi, SYVAB, and Södertörn University.
