Stefan Engström

With 15 years of experience in the Swedish Parliament and Government, Stefan has extensive knowledge of political processes, decision-making, and public opinion formation.

He has worked closely with senior decision-makers and has been responsible for strategic communication, policy development, and advocacy. In his roles within both politics and various organizations, Stefan has led long-term strategic projects and managed fast-paced media situations, with focus on achieving impact and building trust.

He has served as Head of Staff to the Minister of Finance, State Secretary for Higher Education and Research, and State Secretary to Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson, with responsibility for domestic affairs and communications.

In addition to his political appointments, Stefan has been Head of Communication at the Swedish Library Association and Swedish Performing Arts Association. He is also a qualified teacher.
